5-Tool Program

Parents,

Things have changed from the time that you and I have played the game.  The game has evolved and the days of picking it up when the season comes around has ended.  The physicality of the game has changed the most.  This year the need for the weight room and speed/quickness development will be stressed.  The week of August 16th the strength and speed workouts will begin.  Hitting will begin at the end of October, defense will begin the first week of November, catching and pitching will begin in November as well.

The 5-Tool Program is available for boys ages 12-under, 13 and Up, and GIRLS ONLY.

This program focuses on the 5-Tools to play the game.

1. Hitting for average
2. Hitting for power
3. Defense
4. Speed
5. Arm strength

***Pitching is also available for baseball in the 5-Tool Program***
