Chris founded RT in 1993 following a 7-½ year career in professional baseball. He played in the Pittsburgh Pirates, Cincinnati Reds and Montreal Expos organizations. Prior to his professional career Chris was an All-American at the University of Kentucky. His superb expertise in hitting has made him one of the most respected instructors in the country.

Jay is in his 16th year with RT. He is the Vice-President. He has extensive knowledge in pitching instruction. He will be the Master Pitching Instructor for the 3-Tool Program, 5-Tool and the Elite Pitching Club. He is certified as a Functional Fitness Instructor. Jay is also an associate scout for the San Francisco Giants Baseball Club. He graduated from Carmel H.S. in 1986. Jay was a pitcher at Chipola Jr. College in Florida and at St. Joseph’s College in Indiana.

Scott will be going into his 12th year with RT. He is the Director of Developmental Baseball Operations. He coached for 5 years at the HS varsity baseball and softball level. Scott graduated from Carmel H.S. in 1986. He has a degree in Physical Education and taught at Sheridan High School. Scott is the lead instructor for the 3-Tool Program.

Chris will begin his 7th year with RT. He teaches hitting and defense. Chris is currently the Manager for the Williamsport Crosscutters, Philadelphia Phillies organization. Last season he was a hitting coach in the Pittsburg Pirates organization. Prior to his pro career Chis graduated from Damen Memorial H.S. in Honolulu, HI. in 1992 where he was then drafted by the Houston Astros. Chris played 15 years of professional baseball, 5 of those years in the Big Leagues with Houston, Tampa Bay, Pittsburg, L.A. Dodgers and the Kansas City Royals.

Matt begins his 4th year with RT. He is the lead instructor for the Developmental Program. Matt teaches hitting, defense and catching. He is currently the head coach for the 13U Indiana Mustangs Select team. Prior to his pro career he graduated from Woodland H.S. in Woodland, CA in 2003 where he was then drafted by the Baltimore Orioles. Matt played catcher, 1b and 3b. He played 5 years of professional baseball with the Baltimore Orioles organization.

Ryan begins his 2nd year with RT. Ryan is the lead pitching instructor for the Developmental Program. Ryan is currently pitching in the Texas Rangers organization. Prior to his pro career he graduated from Noblesville H.S. in Noblesville, IN. in 2003 from there he played at Indiana State where he was then drafted by the Texas Rangers in 2007.
